mutant ending softlock

I've managed to softlock a few times when finishing the Kharon ending. He sits in the kitchen and will respond with speech bubbles but won't initiate the ending conversation. I think this is triggered by talking to him as he enters the kitchen before he turns around and stops moving.

I had the same issue once, try reloading the last autosave.
