Invisible box in the West Wing

Plus, it respawns each time when enter to the location.

It's not invisible; its one of those tall thin triangular boxes and its laying on its side behind the square box.

Maybe you are correct, but the position of activator is in wrong place. It's really confusing. And it respawns.

I moved it a little bit higher so it's more visible. Also fixed the respawning.
