Arena Gladiators

Master Exploder is by far the weakest of all opponents on the Arena. He suffers from many problems such as subpar defense, lack of mobility, low AP and his offense is not really impressive either. He really could use few more feats like for example Thick Skull, Conditioning, Sprint or Premeditation. HE grenades are also probably the weakest grenade type possible, maybe give him Frag Grenades instead.

Also it would make sense if Zap had High-Technicalities Feat.

Giving all the gladiators root soda and sprint would help a lot, imo.

Giving it to all would be a bit of an overkill, with surgeon and carnifex getting to over 30 initiative. I think most of them are fine as they are.

Right, Carni doesn't need anything.  Surgeon having it would be fine though, I think.

Surgeon only has 3 initative less than Carnifex, so he really isn't lacking in this department. I'd say that he is one of the most dangerous on Arena, certainly more than Zap who comes after him.
