Unfortunately I don't know how to isolate what this specific map is called, but-
I went to floor 1 of SGS (with the railroad) and then proceeded a little north and now I'm following the path far, far east. I came across an area where the railroad track is blocked off and there are a few Ironhead fellows hanging around with one camera watching the track. I went one map south after clearing the place-
... and there I was. Luckily I only quicksaved once on that map because there is no way back, it's just a dead end with no exit.
The map has a mine outside of a fence surrounding a number of Rathounds and a corpse. One of the first chances to shoot enemies through a fence with no possibility of retaliation that I'd seen in a while.

It may actually be pointless to mention this since I'm pretty sure each update improves on the maps, but I would like to highlight that this area is accessible but cannot be exited at all.
