Psionic Mania is a feat, an ability and a status effect.

Grants you an ability that when activated makes your next offensive psi ability an automatic critical hit. Activating this ability will also remove up to 15% of your health, but cannot kill you. Cooldown: 5 turns. | |
Requirements

This feat is on one of two mutually exclusive development paths for psionic characters, available after picking Psychosis. Cannot be taken with Tranquility or Meditation.
