Whenever you deal damage with your fire based psi abilities you have a chance to set the target on fire, dealing 100% of that damage again over 3 turns. Setting living targets on fire will put them in state of extreme panic. | |

Pyromaniac is a feat. It gives your fire based psi abilities a chance to cause burning.
