Generic Muggers are characters in Core City. They usually wait in shadows, attacking unsuspecting victims with knives or crossbows from stealth.
From version 1.0.3 onwards, muggers may randomly appear all over the dangerous streets of Drop Zone and Core City passages in random events. A number of static muggers always appear in the same areas in every playthrough and older versions.
