Combat Utilies are a class of items.

Mechanics

Utilies are powerful combat utility items that can only be used when equipped in utility slots Q, W, E, R, T, Y.

Your character has a limited number of utility slots, starting at 2, which can be increased by the belt you wear and certain feats such as Quick Pockets.

Utilities can be swapped or equipped during combat, but doing so costs 50 AP. (25 AP with Quick Pockets)

Types

Throwing

All offensive throwing utilities such as grenades and throwing knives count as combat utilities rather than weapons. Combat utilities do not have explicit critical stats, but any offensive utility that can critically hit uses the default base values of 5% critical hit chance and 100% critical damage bonus. Other throwable items such as flares also exist.

The stack size of throwing knives is limited to 30, grenades to 10, caltrops to 5. Acid Flasks to 99

Crossbow special bolts

These are what makes crossbows versatile; bolts can be made serrated, coated with poisons, rigged with explosives or small electroshock charges and so on.
