Psi Empathy is a special feat that cannot be chosen when leveling up.

| Allows the character to learn and invoke psi abilities, but their base health is reduced by 20%. This feat is acquired outside leveling. | |
Psi empathy allows your character to learn and subsequently use psi abilities.
In order to gain this feat, you must meet Dr. Pasquale in SGS Medical level and take a pill to disable your brain's psionic inhibitor.
Psi Empathy is a pre-requisite to all psi feats:
