This mysterious crystal monolith appears in the derelict west wing of Institute of Tchort. It is the source of interference Efreitor Mateo's unit was searching for when they disappeared.

Like the Mysterious Pillars and the Crystal Mainframe, characters with 7^Verify or higher Will can experience a vision by focusing on the monolith.
