Echoing Soliloquy is a special feat that cannot be chosen when leveling up.

Slows down the rate at which the unspeakable things penetrate your mind.

This feat is acquired outside leveling.
Effect & teacher (Spoilers)

It allows you to resist Tchort's influence longer. It provides a 50-70% chance to prevent any stack of Creeping Dread from applying. Taught by Leo after finding his knife.

  • 50% — Feeling persuasive... and persuaded. - 30 effective Persuasion
  • 55% — Feeling very persuasive... and persuaded. - 60 effective Persuasion
  • 60% — Feeling highly persuasive... and persuaded. - 90 effective Persuasion
  • 65% — Feeling particularly persuasive... and persuaded. - 120 effective Persuasion
  • 70% — Feeling exceptionally persuasive... and persuaded. - 150 effective Persuasion

If the player has less than 30 effective Persuasion, no unique dialogue appears.
