Knuckles is a gangster operating around the Rig Periphery. He is hiding behing the waterfalls in area Waterways 9 of the Rig Periphery, south of the The Rig.
Player interactions
Knuckles has three cigars stashed in a hidden crevice next to him. You can get them if you answer his codephrases correctly. If player kills him afterwards, they can also find another item hidden in the crevice, possibly a psionic mentor or rare medicine.
