Cooked Shot is a feat and a special attack.

Feat

Cooked Shot feat icon Cooked Shot
Grants you a special attack with chemical blob pistols that launches a big blob at the targeted location, dealing normal weapon damage to everything in a small radius. This attack costs 150% of regular attack action points.

Cooldown: 2 turns.


Requirements

The action point cost gets rounded down. Every hit enemy has an independent chance to trigger the on-hit effect of the chemical pistol.

Perform a special attack with chemical blob pistols that launches a big blob at the targeted location, dealing normal weapon damage to everything in a small radius.
Action Points: 150% of active weapon's AP cost
Range: Active weapon's range
Radius: 1
Cooldown: 2 turns

Radius of 1 means the attack spreads out 1 tile from the targeted tile, effectively making the radius 3x3 tiles and hitting all targets that are even partially within those 9 tiles.

Like other area of effect attacks, the precision of this attack is capped at 90% (100% for range of 0-1 tiles) and on a miss, the attack may land up to 3 tiles away from its intended target.

Specializations

  • Action Point Cost (5 levels) — Reduces the action point cost modifier of the Cooked Shot by 10% for each specialization point.
  • Damage (10 levels) — Increases the damage of Cooked Shot by 5% for each specialization point.
