There isn't one standard currency in Underrail's world. Instead, much of the world has reverted to barter economy and the various stations and other communities each use their own forms of currency when not directly trading goods.
Currency items are always valued at their base trading value without any trader's price modifier, unlike other items. The price modifier for all other items in trade usually starts at 350% and is based on the player character's mercantile skill.
