Slows down the rate at which the unspeakable things penetrate your mind. This feat is acquired outside leveling.

Effect & teacher (Spoilers)

It allows you to resist Tchort's influence longer. It provides a 50-70% chance to prevent any stack of Creeping Dread from applying. Taught by Leo after finding his knife. The strength of Echoing Soliloquy's effect depends on your Persuasion skill when talking to Leo's hole of reason. The feat's power can be determined from the dialog. 50% — Feeling persuasive... and persuaded. - 30 effective Persuasion 55% — Feeling very persuasive... and persuaded. - 60 effective Persuasion 60% — Feeling highly persuasive... and persuaded. - 90 effective Persuasion 65% — Feeling particularly persuasive... and persuaded. - 120 effective Persuasion 70% — Feeling exceptionally persuasive... and persuaded. - 150 effective Persuasion If the player has less than 30 effective Persuasion, no unique dialogue appears.
