Generic guard NPCs found guarding the Junkyard gambling house.
Some of them patrol the hallways. If you sneak into the power room and use the Power Box to cut the power of the gambling house, they will come investigate and reset the power.
A rare sight in Junkyard, one of the guards is a psionic. He can be found watching the security monitors of the gambling house.
