	Improved Naval Combat
Further increases effective stability by 15% and maneuverability by 10% when piloting jet skis. Further reduces action point cost of disembarking by 10. Also increases precision of mounted jet ski weapons for those unproficient with guns. This feat is acquired outside leveling.
