Motion is a popular drug in Core City. Motion junkies are called Motioners.

You can buy a dose of Motion from Sergio for 60 Charons or for free by killing him (Core City will not become hostile if you do). You can also craft Motion by taking the blueprint in the room right next to Sergio's.

Consuming a dose of Motion will trigger one of the following scenes and afflict you with the In Motion status effect.

Unconfirmed: these scenes, despite being chosen randomly, do not seem to be chosen as you consume Motion, but are rather rolled for beforehand and the outcome cannot be changed without Motioning to reroll it.

Abuse of the drug (approximately 6 uses)Verify will result in the gain of the Motioner feat. Any consumption of motion may later on cause either one of two side effects: Out of Motion and Mind Fog

Crafting

This item can be crafted with Blueprint: Motion.

List of Motion scenes

Not a complete description.

  • Talking with a zoner about Tanner.
  • Spinning in the sewer chamber.
  • Going into the battlefield between the Faceless and Core City forces.
  • Playing doctor.
  • The Crawler-Man!

You can't get the fifth one when you use Motion for the first time, and you must have seen Oinko before.

Every motion trip has a specific place where you will come to your senses.

  • Tanner: you will find yourself near 2 zoners and a thug huddling around a barrel fire at the Core City Lower Level.
  • Spinning: you will find yourself vomiting at the Core City Docks, close to Captain Rastko.
  • Battlefield: you will find yourself vomiting in the entryway of the Core City Sewers.
  • Doctor: you will find yourself in the Drop Zone's broken tunneler section vomiting in a toilet stall.
  • Crawler-Man!: you will come to your senses talking to Oinko, being able to discuss several subjects and learn more about Ditch.
