Yep, just right-click on it.

Yes but it only lasts 2 turns and has a really long cooldown.

General / Heavy armor + sledgehammer = non-viable?
« on: April 09, 2016, 04:10:09 pm »
I'm level 7, had some trouble in depot A so I decided to level up a bit using the non-oddity XP system.
So I go in the burrower nest that is in the GMS compound after having crafted myself a heavy armor and I can't kill burrowers. I'm at 73% armor penalty and as burrowers move away from you before spitting, I don't have enough action/movement points to get close to them and attack them with my sledgehammer.
That's my third run and I wanted to try a melee character, am I doing it wrong?

Bugs / Becket (free drones) giving the "welcome" stuff twice
« on: April 06, 2016, 09:04:40 pm »
The seconded occurence happened after finishing the last quest.
He has new talk introduction ("you did it! SRO now belings to the free drones!")  then asks you what gear you want ('I've been instructed from Trenton to prepare some fine equipment for you").

Bugs / First JKK mission (spoiler)
« on: April 06, 2016, 11:08:21 am »
I joined the JKK but my character don't have enough perception to find the hidden door leading to Bogdan. I went to to Jon the Beautiful but he just tells you were to look and doesn't "unlock" the door. Luckily I had a save I was able to load and joined Coretech instead.

I'm posting this in the bug forum because I guess that's not working as intended and kills the entire questline and might mess with the main questline as well. Unless there's another way to find Bogdan but the wiki doesn't say anything about it.

General / Re: Can't find rail crossing abandoned warehouse

Finally found it. The tricky part is there's two ways of getting south and they don't lead to the same zone...

General / Can't find rail crossing abandoned warehouse
« on: April 04, 2016, 09:55:05 pm »
I found it during my first run somehow but now I'm stuck.
I looked on the wiki map, yes there is some little building along the rail inhabited by lurker hunters but I can't find the entrance to the warehouse.
Thanks  for your help!

Suggestions / Re: Why all monsters in different areas are the same?
« on: April 04, 2016, 11:07:23 am »
The solution is having monster variants like rathound/rathound alpha/ancient rathound.

Suggestions / Please make dexterity less relevant for fishing
« on: April 02, 2016, 10:33:08 pm »
Because fishing is boring enough to begin with and my dex 3 biologist keeps failing his attemps to catch fishes. And that is NOT FUN at all. The idea is cool but gameplay should be prioritized against flavor.
Or you could make the player be able to buy fishes to compensate but I guess nobody would waste time on fishing then.

Also, I just fished a sledgehammer next to the rathound king's lair, nice :)

General / Abram's bug quest without stealth?
« on: April 02, 2016, 01:39:13 pm »
Is it possible to plant the bug without any stealth skill?

Nice suggestions! It's obvious that foundry needs some more ladders, especially with all the back and forth needed for the beast quest.

I would love to have Tab highlight doors and passages. Some of them are just invisible until you move your mouse on them.

Also, quicker walking speed would highly improve the game experience.

It's my first playthrough. I think Underrail is great... then DC happen. I'm so frustrated because I feel I won't be able to finish that game.
Everything suddendly has become so difficult and boring. What a shame!

General / Building a psi character for a newbie
« on: March 30, 2016, 06:45:48 pm »
Hello everyone!
For my second run I want to psi guy (I didn't take the red pill on my first one).
But I also want to build a hacker (my first one was a lockpick guy) AND an electronic crafter (my first one was good at all craft but electronic).

But there are 3 psi skills, and I don't know if I should focus on one or two or mix them. Also, should I also invest skill points in a back-up fighting skill in case I run out of psi? (I'm thinking about guns, to craft and use plasma pistols).

Thinking about all this, I feel like going the psi way eats a lot of skill point. Can you give me any advice on building and playing a psi guy? Thanks!

Thanks, you were right! :)
