So, what is about this location? There was some kind of explanation ingame, i believe delivered by ferryman that "If time and space is right, then all versions of the world will be available" or something like that, which means if we could do things right and be in the "center", then we have a chance to unlock every random encounter/event?

"Tackled" Status can by applied by dogs through casted Stasis.
Applying "Tackled" status is obtainable by stasis-ignoring dogs.
Durning applying "Tackled" status dogs can do it through stasis.
Dogs are able to applying "Tackled" status to a player through stasis.
Stasis could prevent dogs to apply "Tackled" status to a player.
Player stasis is on, however dogs will apply "Tackled" status anyway.
Stasis casted by a player can allow dogs to applying "Tackled" status.
Despite working stasis, dogs still can apply status known as "Tackled."

Hmm, I don't really understand what's actually going on. Are you closing the door while abom is standing in the doorway, causing the gates to lock/freeze him in position? Once the doors are closed, they should (i believe) squeeze him out and push him to a nearby (walkable) tile. If my assumption is wrong, could you provide a screenshot of the bug in particular?

The main purpose of those gates there is to exploit them as much as possible, in order to defeat the Abomination.

It can be blocked in the middle of interior/exterior via combat mode and then sealed by door so part of him sticks out making him blocked and unable to act and in this state can be obliterated again and again until his death

...intelligence/persuasion dialogue is repeating infinitely, and passing this check could at least make it talk normaly to you.

Bugs / Ammo in loaded guns doesn't have a weight

And player is able to save couple of lbs by fully loading all his loot guns.
Last time I checked, consumed food didn't caused me to lose weight, so let's just carefuly and calmly assume, with any respective racial and national equality, that it's a bug.

It means you could theoretically have over 20 base ability points (impossible since you can only ever get 6 + 2 extra base ability points from level ups and feats), and on top of that you could also get up to 10 bonus ability points from equipment, food, drugs, etc. What this means in practice is that you can have, say, 18 base Strength and you can then wear Rathound Regalia for +1 STR, use Vitality Powder for +4 STR, Supersoldier Drug for +2 STR, and finally All-in for +3 STR, bringing your total Strength up to 28, which is the new maximum combined ability score.

Umm, can i ask what does it mean precisely? I cannot have 11 points anymore anywhere? No more ability checks like 12 perception or +10 agility?

I wouldn't sell it, you could possibly end up retrieving it again in Underrail: Infusion. Not that this path will be wrong, only more common. Keep it with you to be open for future possibilities.
