The Cyrillic font for the menus, it's, well, it's ugly. It lacks lower case characters for 'ь', 'ы', 'ъ'. I may try to convert some of the lines to upper case for now as a temporary solution.

Anything related to the Mutant difficulty is not localized. There is a ::GameDifficulty.Custom key in the enums.txt but it doesn't seem to do anything.

Character's name is localized in the combat log if it happens to hit a key in entitynames.

(empty) containers become unlocalized. You can get around this by adding an "(empty)" variant in entitynames but this is hardly ideal.

Text input: when entering keys like OemOpenBrackets, OemCloseBrackets, OemTilde and possibly others, the first key press is ignored and then it works fine.
