Captain Rastko (Core City Docks) sailing fare bug.

These two screenshots, note the dialogue logs.

Captain Rastko charges 25 Stygian Coins TWICE, in the cases of sailing from Core City Docks to both the South Gate Station and Junkyard. Might want to check the other destinations as well.

Yeah, it's a scripting error. He's been ripping people off for a long time! :D

Fixed for the next update.
