Strange behavior of an Aegis planted Frag Mine

*It doesn't trigger even if the player character steps on it.
*(With some Trap skill) Attempting to disarm it causes the notification 'Trap disarmed' to pop up upon completion, but the trap remains there.

One of the bear traps to the right is also wonky: it triggers once you step on it, but the bear trap entity remains and behaves just like the mine. Meanwhile, the bear trap next to it works as intended.  ???

When I import the traps in my game, they work normally, but players have experienced this before and I can't figure out why it's happening. At first I thought it's got something to do with player-deployed traps, but I just did some testing and couldn't replicate the issue. What I do know is that for some reason the trap's trigger (which activates the trap when the npc enters the associated tile) is gone. What triggered it and when - I don't know. I'll do some more testing in the future, so we'll see.
