Sonocaster Pistol

A short range directed-sound weapon whose destructive energy comes from the infrasonic component of a focused sound wave capable of passing through and damaging multiple targets. The sound wave's higher frequencies have been pre-tuned to various musical intervals and are reflected off objects with which the wave collides.

Resonating Wave: Perform an unconditional special attack that deals double normal damage to the passing targets, but only half of the normal primary target damage. Disruptive Wave: Perform an unconditional special attack that deals 30% less damage to both the primary and pass-through targets, but dazes them for 1 turn.

Sonocaster is a unique weapon.

Description

Both its normal fire and special attacks consist of sound-based waves casted in a straight line, damaging targets in its trayectory to the selected objective.

Its capable of dealing direct damage to rocks and breakable walls.

Equiping it allows the following unconditional special attacks.

• Disruptive Wave
