Black Arrow is a unique sniper rifle.
Description
It is similar to a 12.7mm sniper rifle crafted with high quality frame, normal scope and a bipod, but is considerably heavier.
Location
It is in the Deep Caverns lake area south of the Caerus Residential Block. It lies next to a skeleton on the southwest islet, partially obscured by some mushrooms. It can be found by passing Perception check (10 effective required).

Refurbishment
The weapon can be refurbished by Myles in Rail Crossing for 1100 
using 
Sniper Rifle Frame: Harbinger (Quality 145 or higher) and 
Super Steel Plates (Quality 145 or higher). Cost can be reduced to 800 by bringing him Rifle and Shotgun Technical Manuals, by Eliphalet Wesson or Old World Firearms, by Mikhail Browning.
