Omega was a powerful faction in south Underrail prior to the game's events.
Description
Omega Central Command was a rival of South Gaters over the control of the south end of Lower Underrail. Some of the bloody SGS-Omega battles took place in Mushroom Cove. Eventually, South Gate Station won the war against Omega Station. Many of the now abandoned locations in south Underrail used to belong to Omega, before their members were wiped out by South Gaters. The remaining survivors from Omega are now scattered across Lower Underrail. Some relics from the era of Omega can still be found, such as Omega ID Cards and Border Guard Orders.
Areas controlled in the past
- The now forlorn South Gate outposts were Omega's border zone.
- GMS compound was sealed by Omega when they were about to lose the war.
- The now psibug-infested Mushroom Cove Base probably belonged to Omega.
- Omega Station is also mentioned. It is probably an abandoned and forgotten station somewhere in south Lower Underrail.
