Not much is known about Nucleus Corporation. What is known is that it is or was part of the T6 Group alongside Biocorp and New Frontier Technologies and that they were the forefront of nuclear power and weapons research, theoretical physics and astronomy.
Unknown time before the Descent, Nucleus Corporation has cooperated with Biocorp in research performed in The Compound, providing them with various equipment such as Fusion Cannon blueprints.
