The weapon can be refurbished by Myles in Rail Crossing for 400 Stygian Coins using Icon Pistol Frame: Hawker (Quality 110 or higher) and Icon Laser Sight. Cost can be reduced to 200 Stygian Coins by bringing him Pistol and Submachine Gun Technical Manuals, by Hugo Thompson or Old World Firearms, by Mikhail Browning.
