Scrappers are a local gang in Junkyard. Rival to Black Eels over the control of territory in Junkyard. Eddy is their leader.
They are headquartered in Depot B and they control the only known route to Old Junkyard, also known as Depot A. However, much of old junkyard is infested by acidic mutants that make scavenging raids very dangerous.
