Barrel leaking toxic gas in Core City Sewers.

Toxic Gas is an environmental hazard. Without any bio protection, these sickly green clouds of toxic fumes cause contamination (increasing all damage taken) and Bio damage on contact. Damage dealt by the cloud depends on the density of the gas. Walking through large toxic gas clouds without sufficient protection becomes dangerous quickly, as the contamination keeps getting worse.

Toxic Gas Grenades act as a temporary source of toxic gas, slowly releasing a gas cloud over 10 turns.

Toxic gas was added in version alpha 0.1.13.0 and first introduced in Dev Log #34 before it.
