Description

The Sovereign is a middling combat shotgun with average damage, average critical chance and critical damage bonus and an averagely-sized six-shot magazine.

Crafting

It is based on Shotgun Frame: Sovereign. Quality of the frame determines the weapon's damage potential and durability.
