A sniper rifle with the lowest in class AP cost and relatively low close quarters and move and shoot penalties. The Dragunov essentially has a builtin Rapid Reloader with a significantly increased chance of triggering (40%/50% vs 25% chance).
Location
It can be found in Rail Crossing, area South Tunnels (beneath Train Depot), in a locker in the north room.

Refurbishment
