Combat Gloves are a type of fist weapon added in version 0.1.9.0. All infobox examples on this article are crafted from Quality 50 components unless noted otherwise.
Description
Fist weapons are meant to overcome some of unarmed characters' big weaknesses such as lack of AoE and burst damage. Unarmed feats also work with fist weapons unless otherwise specified.
All combat gloves bypass 80% of target's energy shield.

Variants
Base material
Quality of the base material determines damage potential and durability.
Leather
Leather gloves have 12 base AP cost. Their damage increased is by 5% for every point in strength above 5. They have lower base damage than metal gloves of comparable quality.
Gloves crafted with infused leathers offer no special bonuses.
Metal
Metal gloves have 16 base AP cost. Their damage increased is by 10% for every point in strength above 7. They have higher base damage than leather gloves of comparable quality.
Enhancements
Gloves can have one type of enhancement and one power module.
Enhancements
Reinforced <material> Gloves — Increases the gloves' base Mechanical damage
Bladed <material> Gloves — Chance to inflict Bleeding Wound on hit
Spiked <material> Gloves — Secondary hit that deals small amount of Mechanical damage
Power modules
These require electrical charge to function.
Shock <material> Gloves — Secondary hit that deals extra Electricity damage on primary target and half of that to nearby targets
Pneumatic <material> Gloves — Every fourth attack inflicts pneumatic strike, dealing additional Mechanical damage and causing incapacitation
