There are a lot of factions in Underrail. Each of which can initially be either hostile to the player (such as Gangsters, Raiders, Bandits) or neutral (Protectorate, Tchortists etc.). Although in the future because of the actions of the player, their attitude may change.
In the course of the game, the protagonist may join some factions , thereby accepting one from the sides in the confrontation (Scrappers or Black Eels) or choose further development storyline (JKK, Coretech or Praetorian Security).
