The Neo Luger-type pistol sacrifices damage potential in exchange for a more consistent damage range, as well as a heightened precision. Although it cannot compete with the Hawker or Hammerer in terms of potential damage, it is an efficient weapon when using abilities such as Kneecap Shot.
Crafting
It is based on Pistol Frame: Neo Luger. It can use the optional Laser Sight and Extended Magazine enhancements.
