Rapid Reloader is a firearm part. It provides 20% reduced base AP cost and a 25% chance to restore 50%-100% (up to 10-20) AP on shoot, once per turn.

The 20% decrease result is rounded up unlike the typical behavior of round toward zero for effective values.
