This item has limited, nonstandard quality scaling.
- Quality scaling starts from 1.5 light radius, 7.5 initial energy drain and 2.5 energy drain every turn.
- Light radius is capped at 5, which is reached at quality 69. (At 5.4 and 1.8 energy drain.)
- Energy drain is capped at 3 and 1, which is reached at quality 145.
