Siphoner Leather is a type of raw leather. Loot drop from siphoners, up to quality 64. Higher qualities than this can be bought from certain merchants.
It provides low Mechanical and slightly higher Heat and Acid resistance/threshold, as well as a +15 bonus to Dodge and Evasion when used in armors.
