Aegis Sec-troopers are generic guards stationed on the Core City Docks and at the Black Sea Expedition Camp. They're usually equipped with either an assault rifle, a sniper rifle, an smg or a shotgun. Each one also carries several grenades including flashbangs and molotovs. Several also have shield emitters.
