	High-Technicalities
Increases damage done by energy weapons by 8% for each intelligence point above 5.
Requirements Intelligence 5 Guns 25

The effect stacks multiplicatively with other modifiers, such as the modifier from effective weapon skill.

Also affects Shoot Lemurian Spear ability of Lemurian Spear.
Also affects mounted energy weapons on jet skis.

Specializations

• High-Technicalities (5 levels) — Further increases bonus damage by 0.4% for each point of intelligence above 5 per specialization point.
