The Harbinger-type sniper rifle has average damage comparable to Corsair-type sniper rifles of same caliber and quality, but much smaller damage range, making hit damage more consistent.
Crafting
It is based on Sniper Rifle Frame: Harbinger. It can use the optional Extended Rifle Magazine, Rifle Barrel Retractor and Rifle Bipod enhancements.
