The Phase Gun is a unique energy pistol capable of dealing extra damage to energy shields. It can be found in the ruins of Hollow Earth research complex in Deep Caverns. Go from the area where you meet Six to the north and then the first passage to the east. The Phase Gun is just south of you in a building where you only can enter through destroyable walls, so be sure to have a TNT Charge or a Jackhammer with you.
