Tchortist Acolytes are the lowest ranking members of Propagation, the youngest of the Institute's three divisions. In combat they come in three varieties, specialized in either cold based psi abilities (Cryokinesis, Cryostasis, Cryogenic Induction, Hypothermia), thought control (Bilocation, Cerebral Trauma, Mental Breakdown, Mental Subversion, Neural Overload), or telekinesis (Electrokinesis, Telekinetic Punch). Due to an internal restructuring the division doesn't presently accept any new acolytes.
