Oliver Micas is an arms merchant usually operating in Core City. He doesn't appear to be particularly selective went it comes to potential clients, as he is rumored to be dealing with everyone from small gangs to Ironheads and even Lurkers. Around the time the Faceless invasion began he had a business-related meeting with traveling merchant Bolivar Daud, that seemingly ended with satisfying results for both.
It is possible that the Bloody Mobile Computer found in an Ironhead camp near Foundry may have belonged to Micas.
