Tobias Stigr was a member of Old Biocorp personnel who worked at Tithonus Lab in the Deep Caverns. He was accidenally exposed to mutagen and because of that, he voluntereed to be put into one of the stasis cells inside the Tithonus Laboratory in hopes of saving his life.
