The weapon can be refurbished by Myles in Rail Crossing for 900 Stygian Coins using Icon Light Machine Gun Frame: Guardian (Quality 120 or higher) and Icon 80-round Ammo Belt. Cost can be reduced to 500 Stygian Coins by bringing him Machine Gun Technical Manuals, by Eugene Gatling or Old World Firearms, by Mikhail Browning.
