The KH416 is a unique assault rifle.
Description
A 5mm assault rifle with excellent precision and extra shots per burst. The refurbished version significantly improves on the weapon's already good stats, and is competitive with many crafted assault rifles.
Location
Used by a black crawler member in their base. Can be acquired during the Gorsky's final quest in Core City, Attack on Black Crawlers.

Refurbishment
The weapon can be refurbished by Myles in Rail Crossing for 600 
using 
Assault Rifle Frame: Marauder (Quality 120 or higher), 
Forward Grip and 
Scope. Cost can be reduced to 400 by bringing him Rifle and Shotgun Technical Manuals, by Eliphalet Wesson or Old World Firearms, by Mikhail Browning.
