Milla Bate is the teenage daughter of the Free Drones cell leader Alvin Bate, living in Dis, North Underrail.

Although she is not a member of the Free Drones, Bate, in an unusual move, decided against cutting contact with her. This eventually allowed the Protectorate to put two and two together, and gave them the perfect opportunity to coerce Bate into becoming their spy inside the movement. |
