Why can't I tell Pagos about climbing the Utility Tower?

Realy, I can't figure out why this option is missing from the game. The first thing I did right after the descent was jump on the jet ski and go to him, but I didn't find any dialogue. What do you think about this?

Whats the relation between Pagos and Ice tower?

Pagos is a very cold zoner. I mean, VERY cold. This Fahrenheit fan lives on a frozen boat, in a cold environment, and sells a bunch of metathermic gadgets. He must know something about real cold. It might be funny to meet him at the top of the tower later. Where the frost horror came from and where it later met its end. What do you think?

Why not put every MT user up there also!!!

Because Pagos, of all the MT users, seems the most capable of doing this. He's surrounded by cryo-gas, sells MT psi-mentors, and generally acts and communicates as if he's frozen. He also said that he doesn't like noise, which is why he lives on a frozen boat. These factors indicate that it makes sense.

I just dont think telling pagos about ice t is a priority, you cant even tell azif or six about the compound void fight xd. ice man on boat intrigued about big tower is probably bottom of the list.
