Exosoldiers opportunist proccing

Opportunist (15% slowed) seems to proc on techno medics and intercessors without having any debuffs applied to them. Not sure if the armour is bugged on their strength giving them less mp causing them to be "slowed" by opportunists standards.

Technically their suits are powered perennially all the time, even outside of combat. Infinite energy hack.
